Applications are invited by Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office, Lahore from candidates to fill up the following vacancies in the below mentioned categories of Pakistan Railways
Dispenser No Post : 27
Sanitary Inspector No Post : 8
1. Age limit 18-25 years + 05 years General relaxation.
2. 3 years age relaxation is admissible to the candidates belonging to scheduled castes, Budhists community, recognized Tribes of the Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir, Northern
Areas, Sindh/Rural & Baluchistan
3. Applications are invited from all over Pakistan on the following province wise allocation
INSTRUCTION FOR THE CANDIDATES.
1. The departmental candidates will submit their applications through proper channel.
2. Application form shall be downloaded from PTS (Pakistan Testing Service) website i.e. (www.pts.org.pk).and may also be obtained from Railway Divisional Offices at Peshawar,
Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan Sukkur, Karachi, Quetta and Mughalpura.
3. Eligibility of a candidate shall be determined on the basis of applicants qualification, performance in written test (to be conducted by PTS (Pakistan Testing Service), interview and
criteria /policy devised by the department.
4. Candidates shall submit application form duly filled in along with deposit slip /bank draft of rupees Rs.180/- in favor of M/S PTS .
5. Candidates are required to submit hard copy of the application form duly signed and filled, copy of CNIC and two fresh passport.
size photographs and self addressed duly stamped return envelope directly to PTS through courier on the address mentioned on application form i.e. PTS (Pakistan Railways
Project (Pakistan Testing service, PTS Head Quarters, 3rd Floor, Adeel Plaza, Fazl-e-Haq Road, Blue Area, Islamabad.
7. Test fee shall be paid in any branch of United Bank Limited or Habib Bank Limited on prescribed Challan in favour of M/S PTS. (bank challan is attached with application form).
8. Last date of submission of application is___________.2017.
9. Incomplete application or application carrying incorrect information shall be summarily rejected. Only those candidates who have completed the requisite Diploma / Certificate
are eligible to apply. Candidate to whom final transcript has not been issued shall not be considered.
10. Roll No. Slips containing the information regarding test center, timings and test date shall be separately dispatched directly to candidates by PTS at least one week before the
test.
11. Candidates can also download their Roll No Slips, and papers content distribution from PTS website later.
12. Candidates shall present original documents, along with a set of attested copies of all their relevant documents, at the time of interview.
13. For any updates, the website of PTS may be visited regularly.
14. No TA/DA shall be admissible for/ interview.

The candidate selected will be required to:-
a. To pass prescribed Medical Examination.
b. To undergo specified training.
c. To join duty anywhere on the entire system of Pakistan Railways.
1. If any document revealed/ found bogus at any stage, the appointment will be treated as cancelled.
Provinces wise quota distribution
Quta
The following quota will also be observed
5% quota is fixed for minorities / non Muslim.
2% quota is fixed for disable persons.
10% quota is fixed for women.
20% quota for son /daughter of Railways Employee including
2% fixed for son / daughter of Railways deceased employees.
Weightage for Selection.
70% written Test
30% interview.
Note: The Competent Authority has the right to reject any application / applications without assigning any reason and may also alter the number of vacancies
