The National Transmission and Despatch Company Limited (NTDC), incorporated under the Companies Ordinance 1984, is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). NTDC is a Public Limited Company mandated under the license to manage all the properties, rights and assets, obligations and liabilities of 500kV and 220kV Grid Stations and Transmission Lines/Network.
The company is looking for high calibre experienced individual for the following position on contract basis.
Project Director Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Responsible For :
 Spearheading the implementation of and transition towards an ERP platform and the integration of existing HRIS System, Financial Controlling, Procurement &Inventory Management, AMR based Meter Data Management and Project Management into an Integrated IT infrastructure.
 Successful implementation of ERP at NTDC.
 Hiring of ERP vendor as per PEPRA rules or guidelines.
 Developing a comprehensive IT/ERP Policy, Plan and road map towards success

 Preparing projects framework/methodology by clearly identifying the goals and objective of the projects, required input, targets, monitoring mechanism, potentials risks and assumption covering financial aspects.  Acquisition of resources, effective communication and supporting ERP Project Managers.
Qualification & Experience:
 Masters in Computer Science from HEC recognized Local or foreign university/institution. However, Ph.D. in computer science from HEC recognized Local or foreign university/institution will be given preference.
  Minimum of recent past 10 years work experience in implementing ERP Systems.
 Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification will be preferred.
 SAP, Oracle or Microsoft dynamic ERP implementation experience will be a plus.
  Proven experience in Procurement of ERP, Managing projects covering design, Development and implementation of ERP Solutions or any complex software application.

 ERP life cycle management knowledge and experience would be highly regarded.
Remuneration and Age:
 The position is offered on a market based competitive salary commensurate with qualification and experience of the candidate
  The candidate should be upto 45 years of age on the closing date of advertisement.
